Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FitwellX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Offered

FitwellX provides personal training, wellness coaching, therapeutic massage, yoga therapy, martial arts instruction, NLP coaching, and related health and fitness services. Services may be delivered in-person or online (remotely via video conferencing).

Health Disclaimer

Our services are for general fitness and wellness purposes. Before beginning any exercise program, you should consult with your physician or healthcare provider, especially if you:

Have any pre-existing medical conditions
Are recovering from injury or surgery
Are pregnant or postpartum
Take medications that may affect your ability to exercise
Have not exercised regularly in the past

FitwellX is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your health history and fitness level
Inform your trainer of any pain, discomfort, or health changes
Follow instructions and use proper form during exercises
Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Give adequate notice for cancellations (minimum 24 hours)

Booking and Cancellation

Sessions are booked by appointment. Cancellation policies may vary based on service type and location:

Standard sessions: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
Late cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full
No-shows: Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full

Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and accepted payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Specific payment arrangements may vary by service type, package, and location.

Hotel & Resort Partnerships: For luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality partners seeking to book Karol as a visiting wellness practitioner, specific terms and conditions apply. These are customized based on engagement duration, location, and scope of services. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and receive terms tailored to your property.

Liability Limitation

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. FitwellX and Karol Hasegawa shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training sessions, provided services are delivered with reasonable care and skill.

Intellectual Property

All content on the FitwellX website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of FitwellX and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
